I bought these because they were listed as an Amazon's Choice one day. The slippers are comfortable and generally fit as expected. They did feel quite a bit bigger than expected for me because I ordered a size up as others recommended (11-12), but they were still comfortable regardless. If you want a snug fit, I might suggest getting your normal size instead of going up.Unfortunately one of the slippers began to fall apart after less than a month of casual, daily use by a relatively thin man. Specifically, the stitching alongside the heel detached to expose the foam underneath, while the stitching on the outside (alongside the black rim) also began to fray. I'm not sure if that is a fluke, or if these slippers simply not built to last more than a few months. Hopefully my case was a rare misstep, but I won't be giving them another try.

Look better than the pictures, but that's where it ends. Definitely order a size larger than you wear. I take a 13. XL is "supposed" to be 13-14. This is more like a 12.(at best) These are going back.

The "2018 Edition" of this slipper has a multitude of issues. After 1 day of wearing them, the interior material developed holes and the fuzz began tearing off in pieces. Every single time I have worn these slippers, I have to vacuum the house because I leave bits of the interior material everywhere I go. I've owned these slippers for 32 days and they are going in the trash because that's exactly what they are.I do not recommend the "2018 Edition" at all. In fact, I highly suggest you go find the old version of this slipper as every single pair (of the 4 pairs that I purchased) are still in great condition. I hope that RockDove has not changed the design & materials of their old slippers, because those were their only good slippers.

HAD TO RETURN 1ST PAIR - Unfortunately I listened to the reviews telling me to “size up.” I am size 10, originally purchased size 11 slippers based on the reviews. BIG MISTAKE. Do people wear 3 pairs of wool socks?! My foot was swimming in the 11s. Returned for size 10, and they fit perfectly, imagine that! 🙂

This is my second Ugg pair of slippers. My old ones were given to me as a gift five or six years ago. This pair is made in China. The first pair in Viet Nam. Quality has dropped somewhat. The lining is not as luxurious as I remember my old pair when new. Underneath the wool on the foot bottom is a foam cushion. The old pair had a cotton/wool cushion which seemed to absorb moister better in the early years. My feet now feel a bit damp after a few hours of wearing. The color and outside looks about the same. I probably should have cross shopped with LL Bean which sells a similar item for a bit less.

For the three days I was able to wear these they were amazing. My dog then decided they were an amazing chew toy so these also get 5 stars as a dog toy.

These days it seems that up to 20% of what I buy at Amazon is one of their own private brands. And I am okay with that. I've learned that if that put their name on something it's going to be of good quality and a good value. These slippers are no exception. I think I'm the rare type of a guy who shops for his own slippers. That's because I am picky about what I like. It seems that they think men only need slippers as a gift at Christmas so they start selling them in August and by Labor Day the entire world's supply is gone until next year. So maybe the best thing about Amazon selling their own brand is that they should be available year-around.These are better made than average. The tag says they are real leather, with a faux fur lining. Two things that stand out are that the stitching is double reinforced and that the soles are thick rubber and securely bonded to the rest of the shoe.Unlike many offshore clothing items the fit of these is exactly what is labeled in U.S. sizes.A good pair of slippers is something no one can understand unless they are the one wearing them. It’s one of life’s pleasures to be able to kick your feet up and relax in front of a roaring fire, trusty canine nearby and morning newspaper in hand. Amazon got it right.

I bought these slippers in my usual size. They were too small...no big deal. When I went to exchange for the correct size, they charged me a higher price for THE SAME ITEM and made me pay return postage. Not smart.

I normally wear a size 11 1/2, and ordered the largest size available. The slippers are tight around my toes; they aren't wide enough. If I had ordered any smaller of a size, I wouldn't be able to wear them at all. When standing, your foot sinks into the cushioning a bit, which alleviates some of the tightness around the toes a bit.Looking at the shoes from the top, you cannot tell which shoe is left and which is right. You must either look at the bottom and observe the curvature, or just note the small tag on each shoe's side; the tag is on the outer side.Unless a wider version becomes available, I won't be ordering these again. If your feet are wide, I would suggest you look to something else.

These are good slippers. They fit very snugly at first, and I was going to return them. My then slippers, however, took a dive, so I tried these out, and after less than a month, they were able to slip on like I like, so the fit was not an issue. The quality has been good. They have held up on carpet, hard tile, and concrete just outside the home. The soles are still good, the stitching is still all holding, and the laves are still in good shape. The laces allow for tightening too, so that's nice. They are VEGAN, which is a must for me - they do not use animal products. They are

Very, very comfortable. I work 12hrs a day and getting out of my boots in the evening is something I look forward to.These keep almost perfect temp. I live in TX and the heat and humidity make it nearly impossible to find a good pair of house shoes. The rubber sole is non-slip and durable enough to be used to drive. I bought mine to ease the pain in my feet from being on them for long shifts and then walking barefoot on the wood floors in my home.I removed the leather string and bow on the top. It seems as though some buyers were having trouble with it snagging on things and tearing up the shoe. It doesn't seem to serve any purpose. My high arches get along fine in these. I wear an 11 and purchased a pair that is supposedto fit 11-12. That's just about how they fit. Snug enough to stay on, yet loose enough to easily slip off.I would highly recommend. 4 stars. Would have been 5 if they had rabbit furr! Hahad

It's embarrassing how much time I spent researching men's slippers. My husband wears socks around the house in the evenings and sometimes steps in something wet resulting in yucky soggy socks. I wanted him to have comfortable nighttime footwear that he could sport with confidence. Who knew there were hundreds of slippers to choose from? What started as kind of a silly notion turned into a research project. I read tons of reviews and even left Amazon to read men's magazine articles about slippers. Many reviewers favored Acorn. Amazon offered a good price, but they were still a little spendy I thought for slippers. Nevertheless, he deserves the best so I finally ordered a pair of Acorn slippers along with a pair of lounge pants and waited what seemed only a few hours for delivery. He was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtfulness behind the gift although he said he now feels really old. The slippers are more impressive in person than online. They look very substantial and expensive. The blue check Berber material on the outside is luxurious and soft. The inside memory foam is wonderful. He wears size 12M and says the 12-13 size fit perfectly. The soles are rubber and look to be durable. I think they'll hold up well for the occasional trip to the mailbox or patio. I'll give an update after he's worn them awhile but so far a definite home run!

So I read a review on here that mentioned something about an embroidered acorn on the inside of the shoe near the heel. Not thinking this would be a problem for my tough feet, I ordered them anyway. Turns out to be much more of an annoyance than I thought. I have no idea what designer in their right mind would make extremely soft slippers with a hard acorn right were you apply the most pressure of your step. It makes the slippers borderline uncomfortable.

Really wanted to like these. I put them on, and immediately it felt like there was a pebble in my slipper; definitely something under my foot. I looked inside, and saw it was a raised "acorn" emblem on the floor of the slipper (you can see it in one of the product photos). And by "raised", I mean that's what I was feeling when I was walking in them. Maybe I have overly-sensitive feet, but it bugged the heck out of me. I would have kept the slippers otherwise, but with that never ending discomfort being there, I'm returning them. One star because I can't believe what a bone-headed eff up that is on the part of the manufacturer. First off, who gives a rat's rear end about your emblem?? Second, if you're going to put it in the slipper, that's fine, but print it on or something; don't manufacture a freaking raised up emblem I have to step on and feel every step I take. Unbelievable.
